IcyPomo'yu kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsan lütfen uygulamayı kullanma.
Uygulama
IcyPomo, odaklanmana yardımcı olmak için tasarlanmış kişisel bir üretkenlik aracıdır. Bir sağlık, tıbbi ya da terapötik hizmet değildir ve profesyonel destek yerine geçmez.
Hesap (opsiyonel)
Uygulama hesapsız tam çalışır. Cihazlar arası eşitlemek istersen anonim bir kimlik ya da Apple ile Giriş kullanabilirsin. Hesabını ve tüm verini istediğin an uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.
Kullanımın
- Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal ve kişisel amaçlarla kullanırsın.
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmeye, kötüye kullanmaya veya bozmaya çalışmazsın.
- Verilerin cihazında saklandığı için, cihazının ve yedeklerinin güvenliği senin sorumluluğundadır.
Abonelikler ve satın almalar
Premium özellikler, Apple App Store üzerinden aylık ya da yıllık bir abonelik olarak veya tek seferlik "ömür boyu" satın alma olarak sunulur. Şunlar geçerlidir:
- Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında App Store hesabından tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti aynı süre içinde tahsil edilir. Ücretsiz deneme sunulduysa, deneme bitmeden iptal etmediğin sürece deneme sonunda abonelik başlar.
- Ömür boyu satın alma tek seferliktir: yenilenmez, Apple hesabına bağlıdır ve o hesapla giriş yaptığın cihazlarda geri yüklenebilir.
- Abonelikleri cihazının hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin.
- Fiyatlar uygulama içinde, satın alma öncesinde açıkça gösterilir.
- İadeler Apple'ın kurallarına tabidir ve Apple üzerinden talep edilir.
Sorumluluk reddi
IcyPomo "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Odak, verimlilik veya belirli bir sonuç garanti edilmez. Uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan, yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, sorumlu tutulamayız.
Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır; yürürlük tarihi değişikliği gösterir.

The app
IcyPomo is a personal productivity tool designed to help you focus. It is not a health, medical, or therapeutic service and is not a substitute for professional support.
Account (optional)
The app works fully without an account. To sync across devices you may use an anonymous identity or Sign in with Apple. You can permanently delete your account and all your data from inside the app at any time.
Your use
- You will use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.
- You will not reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the app.
- Because your data is stored on your device, the security of your device and backups is your responsibility.
Subscriptions and purchases
Premium features are sold through the Apple App Store either as a monthly or annual subscription or as a one-time "lifetime" purchase. The following apply:
- Payment is charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within that window. Where a free trial is offered, the subscription begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment: it does not renew, it is tied to your Apple account, and it can be restored on any device signed in with that account.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
- Prices are shown clearly in the app before purchase.
- Refunds are governed by Apple's policies and requested through Apple.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; the effective date reflects any change.
