IcyPomo, cihazında çalışan bir odak uygulamasıdır. İlke sade: seansların, notların ve yazdığın söz senin cihazında yaşar. Kayıt olmak zorunda değilsin; senden ad ya da e-posta istemeyiz. Reklam yok, çapraz-uygulama takibi yok, verilerini satmayız.

Sormadan yaptığımız tek bir şey var ve tahmin etmen yerine burada okumanı tercih ederiz: IcyPomo'yu ilk açtığında sunucumuzda kendisi için anonim bir hesap oluşturur. O hesapta rastgele bir kimlik ve iki tarih vardır — ad yok, e-posta yok, yazdığın hiçbir şey yok. Bu sayfadaki diğer her şey ya isteğe bağlıdır ya da sen açana kadar kapalıdır.

Topladığımız veriler

IcyPomo varsayılan olarak yereldir — aşağıdakiler cihazına yazılır ve cihazından yalnızca Premium'un bulut kopyası çalışırken bir kopya çıkar (bkz. sonraki bölüm):

• Seans geçmişin (süre, tamamlanma durumu, mod, molalar, ruh hâli puanın, yazdığın etiket ve notlar) — cihazdaki bir SQLite veritabanında.
• Tercihlerin, profilin ve yazdığın söz — cihazdaki yerel depoda.
• Seri (streak) sayacın ve istatistiklerin — cihazında hesaplanır.
• Ücretsiz sürümün günlük seans sınırı yalnızca cihazında sayılır; bu sayaç hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

Hesabın ve bulut kopyası

Anonim hesap (her kurulumda)

Uygulama ilk açılışta, altyapı sağlayıcımız Supabase üzerinde kendini anonim olarak oturuma açar. Bunu sormadan yaparız: sana hiçbir maliyeti yoktur ve bir satın alma — ileride de bir yedek — bağlanacağı bir yer bulur. O hesapta rastgele bir kimlik ile oluşturulma ve son kullanım tarihleri tutulur; ad, e-posta, seans ya da yazdığın hiçbir şey yoktur. Satın alması olmayan anonim hesaplar doksan gün hareketsiz kalınca otomatik silinir; uygulama bir dahaki açılışta yenisini oluşturur.

Apple ile Giriş (isteğe bağlı)

Apple ile Giriş yaparak hesabını kalıcı hale getirebilirsin. Apple'ın paylaştığı e-posta adresi (istersen gizlenmiş bir adres) yalnızca hesabını tanımak için saklanır; başka hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz.

Bulut kopyası (Premium)

Cihazlarını aynı hizada tutmak bir Premium özelliğidir, dolayısıyla bulut kopyası Premium etkinken çalışır; ayrı bir açma-kapama düğmesi yoktur. (Premium'un hiç satılmadığı bir sürümde herkes için çalışır.) Çalıştığı sürece şunlar Supabase üzerinde, yalnızca senin hesabının okuyabileceği şekilde saklanır:

• Seansların — başlangıç ve bitiş zamanı, ne kadar odaklandığın, bitirip bitirmediğin, mod, molalar, yazdığın konu etiketi, ruh hâli puanın ve yazdığın not.
• Profilin — modun ve ayarları, yazdığın söz (metni ve, yazdıysan, adın), tanışma sorularından çıkan Odak Profilin, serin, ödül metnin ve konuya göre kaydettiğin kurulumlar.
• Bir cihaz kaydı — kuruluma özel rastgele bir kimlik ve cihazın iOS mu Android mi olduğu; böylece yedek hangi cihazların senin olduğunu bilir. 180 gün boyunca haber vermeyen bir kayıt silinir.

İmza çizimin cihazından çıkmaz — yalnızca sözünün kelimeleri yolculuk eder. Buradaki hiçbir şey kimseyle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz; başka hiçbir kullanıcı okuyamaz.

Analitik, çökme raporları ve takip

Reklam ve çapraz-uygulama takibi yok. Uygulamayı iyileştirmek için olay verisi (ör. "seans tamamlandı", süresi ve modu ile) yalnızca sen açarsan kendi altyapımızda toplanır — Ayarlar → Hesap'taki seçenek, varsayılan kapalı. Açık olalım: her olay hesap kimliğinle birlikte kaydedilir, yani hesabına bağlıdır; buna anonim demiyoruz. Olaylar ne olduğunu ve ne zaman olduğunu taşır, yazdığın kelimeleri değil; satılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz ve 90 gün sonra silinir. Seçeneği kapalı bırakırsan hiçbir kayıt tutulmaz, gönderilecek bir şey de olmaz.

Uygulama çökerse, hatayı bulabilmemiz için Sentry üzerinden bir çökme raporu gönderilir. Rapor cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü ve hatanın teknik izini içerir; adını, e-postanı ya da seans verilerini içermez ve reklam amaçlı kullanılmaz.

İzinler

• Bildirimler (isteğe bağlı): Yalnızca senin başlattığın bir seansın tamamlandığını ya da mola zamanını hatırlatmak için yerel bildirimler kullanılır. Reddedersen uygulama tam olarak çalışmaya devam eder.

Satın almalar (premium)

Premium özellikler açıksa, abonelikler ve tek seferlik satın alma Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir ve işlem durumu RevenueCat aracılığıyla doğrulanır. Bu servis, satın almanı doğrulamak ve hesabına bağlamak için anonim bir kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı ve satın alma geçmişini (ürün, tarih, durum) tutar; adını veya ödeme bilgilerini bizimle paylaşmaz. Ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz. Hesabını sildiğinde bu kayıt RevenueCat'ten de silinir. Aboneliğin ise Apple'da kalır ve sen App Store'dan iptal edene kadar Apple tarafından faturalanmaya devam eder; satın aldığın her şeyi daha sonra "Satın almaları geri yükle" ile yeni bir hesaba geri getirebilirsin.

Verilerin üzerindeki hakların

Uygulama içinden, istediğin an:

• Dışa aktar: Tüm yerel verilerini tek bir JSON dosyası olarak alabilirsin.
• Sil: Tüm verilerini — ve bir hesabın varsa hesabını ve buluttaki tüm kopyasını — kalıcı olarak, anında silebilirsin. Geri alınamaz.

KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarına saygı duyulur. Silme; cihazındaki veriyi, (varsa) buluttaki hesabını ve RevenueCat'teki satın alma kaydını tamamen kaldırır. Apple ile Giriş kullandıysan silme sırasında Apple bir kez daha onay ister ve IcyPomo'nun Apple ID'ne erişimi iptal edilir.

Çocuklar

IcyPomo 13 yaş altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek, bu sayfadaki yürürlük tarihini değiştiririz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinden duyururuz.

Privacy Policy

IcyPomo app · Effective date: 15 September 2026

IcyPomo is a focus app that runs on your device. The principle is simple: your sessions, your notes and your pledge live on your device. You never have to sign up, and we never ask you for a name or an email. No advertising, no cross-app tracking, and we never sell your data.

One thing happens without being asked, and we would rather you read it here than guess: the first time you open IcyPomo it creates an anonymous account for itself on our server. That account holds a random identifier and two dates — no name, no email, nothing you have written. Everything else on this page is either optional or switched off until you turn it on.

Data we collect

IcyPomo is local by default — the following is written on your device, and a copy leaves it only while Premium's cloud copy is running (see the next section):

• Your session history (duration, completion, mode, breaks, your mood rating, and any tag or note you write) — in an on-device SQLite database.
• Your preferences, profile and pledge — in on-device local storage.
• Your streak counter and statistics — computed on your device.
• The free plan's daily session count is kept on your device only; it is never sent anywhere.

Your account and the cloud copy

The anonymous account (every install)

On first launch the app signs itself in anonymously with our infrastructure provider Supabase. We do this without asking because it costs you nothing and it gives a purchase — and, later, a backup — something to attach to. That account holds a random identifier and the dates it was created and last used: no name, no email, no sessions, nothing you typed. An anonymous account that holds no purchase is deleted automatically after ninety days without activity; the app simply makes a fresh one next time it launches.

Sign in with Apple (optional)

You can make the account permanent with Sign in with Apple. The email address Apple shares (a hidden relay address, if you choose one) is stored only to identify your account and used for nothing else.

The cloud copy (Premium)

Keeping your devices in step is a Premium feature, so the cloud copy runs while Premium is active; there is no separate switch for it. (In a version of the app where premium is not sold at all, it runs for everyone.) While it runs, the following is stored on Supabase, readable only by your own account:

• Your sessions — start and end time, how long you focused, whether you finished, the mode, breaks, any subject tag you typed, your mood rating, and any note you wrote.
• Your profile — your mode and its settings, your pledge (its words and, if you typed one, your name), the Focus Profile drawn from your onboarding answers, your streak, your reward text, and your saved per-subject setups.
• A device record — a random per-install identifier and whether the device is iOS or Android, so a backup knows which devices are yours. Removed after 180 days without a check-in.

Your signature drawing never leaves the device — only the pledge's words travel. None of this is shared with anyone, sold, or used for advertising, and no other user can read it.

Analytics, crash reports and tracking

No advertising, no cross-app tracking. Event data (e.g. "session completed", with its length and mode) is collected on our own infrastructure only if you switch it on — a setting under Settings → Account, off by default. To be straight about it: each event is saved under your account id, so it is linked to your account and we do not call it anonymous. Events carry what happened and when, never the words you write; they are never sold, never used for advertising, and are deleted after 90 days. Leave the setting off and nothing is recorded, so there is nothing to send.

If the app crashes, a crash report is sent through Sentry so we can find the bug. It contains the device model, OS version, app version and the technical trace of the error — never your name, email or session data — and is not used for advertising.

Permissions

• Notifications (optional): Local notifications only, to tell you a session you started has completed or a break has begun. If you decline, the app works fully.

Purchases (premium)

If premium features are enabled, subscriptions and the one-time purchase are processed by the Apple App Store and validated through RevenueCat. That service keeps an anonymous user identifier and your purchase history (product, date, status) to verify the purchase and attach it to your account; it does not share your name or payment details with us, and we never see your payment details. When you delete your account, that record is deleted from RevenueCat too. A subscription itself stays with Apple and keeps being billed by Apple until you cancel it in the App Store; whatever you bought can be brought back to a new account later with "Restore purchases".

Your rights over your data

From inside the app, at any time you can:

• Export: Get all of your local data as a single JSON file.
• Delete: Permanently erase all of your data — and, if you have an account, your account and its entire cloud copy — instantly. Irreversible.

Your rights under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698) are respected. Deletion removes the data on your device, your cloud account (if any) and your purchase record at RevenueCat entirely. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more during deletion, and IcyPomo's access to your Apple ID is revoked.

Children

IcyPomo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date on this page and note significant changes in the app.
